Can you add support for more devices?
Yes, we can. We will need the protocol and user manual of the device you want integrated and we can support it on our platform.
Can I access the data via APIs or streaming services?
We have a strong API platform, with which you can access the data directly from our servers. We also support MQTT streams and webhooks.
Can I get a dedicated server for my organization?
In case you have a large number of devices, we can host a single tenant implementation for you. Our platform is hosted on AWS and we can setup a platform to dedicated to your organisation.
